Manage your products and services catalogue including pricing, tax categories, and GL accounts.
Go to Items from the Administration hub or main navigation. Stat cards show Total, Goods, Services, and Active items.

| Goods | Physical items tracked in inventory. Stock increases on purchase receipt; decreases on delivery. |
| Service | Non-physical services. No stock movement. |
Click New Item and fill in:

Unit Conversions (optional)
Define alternate units and their conversion factors relative to the base unit. For example, base unit = pcs, alternate = box (12 pcs).
Price Levels (optional)
Define multiple selling prices for different customer tiers or price agreements.
