Register and depreciate fixed (PPE) and intangible assets using straight-line depreciation.
Go to Fixed Assets from the main menu. Stat cards show Total Assets, Active, Total Net Book Value, and Fully Depreciated count.

Use the Type filter to show only fixed or intangible assets. Check Show Inactive to include disposed assets.

The form calculates and displays the monthly depreciation amount automatically.

Click Register Asset to save.
Click a row to open the asset detail. It shows summary cards (Acquisition Cost, Accumulated Depreciation, Net Book Value, Monthly Depreciation), the GL accounts used, and the full depreciation schedule: Period, Opening NBV, Depreciation, Closing NBV, Status (Posted / Pending), and a link to the journal entry when posted.
Click Depreciation Worksheet to batch-post depreciation for a period:
Click Depreciation Report for a month-by-month depreciation schedule. Set the From and To month range, then click Run Report. Export to Excel or CSV.
