Inventory Transfers

Move stock between locations without any sale or purchase.

List View

Go to Inventory → Transfers. Stat cards show Total transfers, Total Value, and This Month count. The list shows Number, Date, Reference, Narration, and Total.

When to Use

Moving goods from one warehouse or branch to another
Relocating stock to a different storage area
Replenishing a point-of-sale location from a central warehouse

Creating a Transfer

Click New Inventory Transfer and fill in:

Header Fields

Field	Description
Number	Auto-generated
Date	Transfer date (required)
Reference	Optional reference
Narration	Description of the transfer

Add lines specifying the item, source location, destination location, quantity, and unit.

Click Save to confirm the transfer. Stock is moved and both location balances are updated immediately.
