Record sales to customers and track what is owed to your business.
Go to Transactions → Sales Invoices. The list shows number, date, customer, reference, subtotal, tax, WHT, total AR, and delivery status. Use the search box and date range filters to narrow results.
Click New Invoice and fill in the header:

Add line items — select an item, enter quantity, unit price, and discount. Tax and WHT are calculated automatically from the item's tax category.
Click Save to record the invoice. The entry is committed to the ledger immediately.

When the Sales Orders module is enabled, invoices linked to a sales order show a Delivery Status badge (Pending / Delivered) based on whether a delivery note exists.
