What Customers Can See

On the portal, customers can view their invoices with status (Paid / Outstanding), dates, reference numbers, and totals. The visible sections are configurable per your settings.

The portal is accessible at a unique URL per business. Share this link with your customers so they can log in and view their invoices.

Each customer sees only their own data.

Notes

  • Customer Portal is available on Server and Cloud editions.
  • The Desktop edition does not include the customer portal.
  • Invoice visibility on the portal reflects the posted invoices in your books.
